Rich Littlehale
Board Member
Rich is the CEO and Founder of Telos North, an investment firm focused on supporting the most talented founders with permanent capital, operational freedom, and a community of peers required to build companies that last.
Prior to founding Telos North, Rich was Co-Founder and Principal of Westerly Group from 2019 to 2025, where he led HoldCo Investments. He has held Board roles in top companies, including Sylmar and Steel River, and supported all investments across the portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Rich was an entrepreneur and operator. He cofounded Six Peak Capital, a real estate investment and development firm with more than 60 investments across six U.S. cities; Elm City Labs, a startup studio; YouRenew, a college startup that was sold to Clover Wireless in 2012; and Yale Tech, an alumni-in-tech organization.
Rich holds a B.A. from Yale University, where he was a four-year varsity crew athlete and earned Academic All-Ivy honors. He lives in Boston with his wife and their two young children.
