Tim Myers

Founder & CEO

Tim Myers is the Founder & CEO of Julii, a permanent-capital holding company focused on acquiring and stewarding enduring founder-owned and family businesses for the long term.

Prior to founding Julii, Tim spent nearly a decade as an investor studying high-quality businesses through a long-term ownership lens. In 2025, he acquired a niche industrial products business in Buffalo, New York, an experience that reinforced his conviction that many exceptional small businesses deserve permanent ownership focused on stewardship, continuity, and long-term reinvestment.

Tim founded Julii around the belief that business owners should have an alternative to traditional exit models and that preserving strong local businesses, employees, and community relationships matters deeply over the long term.

Tim graduated from Miami University Farmer School of Business, where he led the Investment Banking Club, and is a CFA charterholder. He lives in Buffalo with his wife, surrounded by family, and proudly serves on the board of Nativity Miguel Middle School of Buffalo.
