Julii was born out of something I saw too many times – exceptional businesses, built over decades, transitioning to buyers who didn’t fully appreciate what made them work.
Well-intentioned owners who wanted a fair outcome, but also wanted their employees, customers, and communities to be treated the right way, had limited options.
So I started Julii.
We are a business first. We don’t have a fund to wind down, and we don’t answer to a deadline. We buy businesses we believe in and hold them for the long term, focused on preserving what makes them exceptional and helping them endure.
